Launching Folks Academy — An Educational hub for DeFi, Blockchain Basics, and Folks Finance
We’re excited to announce the launch of Folks Academy, a free online video course covering everything from the fundamentals of blockchain to advanced topics of Decentralized Finance (DeFi). In addition, you’ll be able to learn how to use every feature of the Folks Finance platform and how to leverage it for extracting the best from your crypto holdings!
Folks Academy will provide our community with a curated selection of free, informative and engaging videos which cover everything you need to become a PRO! The Academy is easy to navigate, with two categories of videos to browse: DeFi & Blockchain and Folks Finance Tutorials. The former will teach you about aspects of blockchain which create the foundation of Folks Finance, while the latter will give you all the info on how to make the best use of the Folks platform.
Once you’re finished with a video, you can take a quiz to test your knowledge! To incentivize the educational journey, you can screenshot your test results and upload it to Zealy.io, completing quests to enter the Folks community leaderboard. The more quests you complete, the more points you’ll earn, and the higher you’ll rise!
While blockchain technology evolves to have easier access, education is the path to onboarding the next wave of adoption, which is why Folks Academy is so important for the growth of Web3.
